Eater Las Vegas: Jinya Ramen Expands to the Southwest

Now operating more than two dozen locations across the country, Los Angeles-based Jinya Ramen Bar is ready to launch a second Las Vegas site later this year.

Reported by locals Power Broker Confidential, Jinya will take over a 2,400-square-foot space at 7240 S. Rainbow Blvd. The Rainsprings Plaza retail center is already home to a Panera Bread and a Starbucks brokers describe as “one of the busiest in Las Vegas.”

Still to be revealed, if this location will be a sequel to the Flamingo Road original that debuted in the summer of 2014, or a version of the brand’s latest creation, the more casual Jinya Ramen Express that lets patrons order at the counter and build their own rice bowl, salad or ramen dish.

Best known for its thick noodles and slow simmered, tonkotsu-style stock, the Jinya menu also features steamed buns, curry rice, pork gyoza, the popular crispy chicken and a long list of ramen toppings to customize each dish.

An estimated opening date has yet to be announced.
