604 NOW: Test Your Limits With This New Spicy Ramen Challenge

One of Vancouver’s best ramen joints is cooking up something new: Tonkotsu Red. JINYA Ramen Bar is offering the all-new ramen bowl where you can choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 10.

The special menu item is made with: pork broth, pork chashu, kikurage, green onions, seasoned egg, nori, red hot chili oil, spicy bean sprouts and thick ramen noodles.

Unlike other ramen, you can choose from 10 different spice levels—letting you test out exactly how much heat you can handle. It costs an additional $1 if you choose a spice level of seven or above.

The ramen bar also has some other must-try dishes, including their lobster ramen and spicy creamy vegan ramen. Get your ramen with their signature mini tacos, with flavours like: salmon poke, spicy tuna and pork chashu and kimchi.
